- Sends out spam and viruses in your name
- Hijacks your web browser
Solutions to the problems:
- Think twice before you click on links in email from sources you are not familiar with
- Paste web addresses directly into your web browser address blank instead of clicking the links in emails which can take you somewhere other than what the link says.
- Never respond to email asking for account and password information verification - NEVER.
- Install a good anti-spyware program
